Refunds: Refunds are accepted for store credit only; and you are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be returned within 7 days of you receiving your package. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging .
Exchange: In order to avoid holding items or sizes we do not guarantee exchanges. Meaning, when you contact us for an exchange if that item is no longer in stock we will have to issue you a store credit not a refund. You must mail back your return item in its original condition with tag; you are responsible for shipping costs on returns. When we receive your return item, we will issue you store credit within 7 business days and notify you via email.

Damages: any items received must be reported the same day as you receive the item. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for a full refund. Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item
