In stock items: will ship in 7-14 business day. Weekends and Holidays do not count.
No in stock items can be canceled after the order is placed and pass the 24 hour mark.

Exchange: In order to avoid holding items or sizes we do not guarantee exchanges. Meaning, when you contact us for an exchange if that item is no longer in stock we will have to issue you a store credit not a refund. You must mail back your return item in its original condition with tag; you are responsible for shipping costs on returns. When we receive your return item, we will issue you store credit within 7 business days and notify you via email.
Preorder items: all preorder items will have their ship time listed under the description.
All preorder items can not be stopped or canceled once you have placed the order.
If a Pre-Order Item was Purchased, please allow 5-9 weeks from the Close Date of that Particular Pre-Order for the order to ship.
This time is not a guarantee, however we do everything possible to reach that time frame. Delays do happen in transit which are beyond our control. No cancellations are allowed regardless once you’ve placed your preorder.

If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to us and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for a full refund.
